THE YEAR IS 2082. HUMANITY IS ON THE BRINK.

A mysterious virus has begun to mutate beyond control. Conventional medicine has failed. The world's last hope rests on the shoulders of Dr. Eva Magnus — and her ancient but powerful DatCube 82 computer. Her mission: design the ultimate antibody from scratch, gene fragment by gene fragment, before time runs out.

That's where you come in.

::: 🧬 NOT YOUR USUAL BLOCK PUZZLE

Antigen Blaster takes the falling-piece formula you know and flips it — literally. Instead of rotating the tiles, you rotate the entire platform in 90° increments. Gene fragments fall from above, and you guide them into place by spinning the antibody construct underneath. It's a small twist that changes everything about how you think, plan, and panic.

As you progress, new mechanics layer in: lean-shifting to nudge pieces off-center, tile spinning for precision placement, and the explosive Pop Mode — a timed frenzy where you compress matching gene clusters for massive combo bonuses before the clock hits zero.

::: 🔬 DESIGN. BUILD. COMPRESS. SURVIVE.

  • Build outward from the center — your antibody grows organically with every placed fragment
  • Rotate the world, not the piece — a core mechanic that demands spatial thinking in a whole new way
  • Unlock new colors as you play — start simple with one gene type, then juggle up to four
  • Pop Mode activates when your energy bar is full — match and destroy color clusters under time pressure for huge score multipliers
  • Concentric rings around the center act as score multipliers at endgame — tight, dense builds are rewarded
  • Scope levels zoom out progressively, increasing speed, tile size, and complexity
  • Full score breakdown at game over — Level, Rings, Diversity, Density, and Complexity each contribute bonus points in a dramatic reveal sequence

::: 💾 RETRO VIBES, MODERN SOUL

Antigen Blaster is a love letter to the 8-bit and early 16-bit era. The entire UI is rendered through a custom text-mode terminal with authentic scanline effects, a boot sequence that feels ripped straight from 1987, and a cinematic story intro complete with hand-crafted pixel slides. The 3D antibody construct rotates and pulses in real-time on a retro CRT canvas — old-school aesthetics powered by modern WebGL.

The soundtrack shifts from moody ambient during the story to driving electronic beats during gameplay, slowing to a dramatic crawl when Pop Mode kicks in.

::: 🧪 WHO IS THIS FOR?

If you like Tetris but wish it made you think harder. If you enjoyed Lumines and wanted more spatial chaos. If you miss the days when games booted from floppy disks and every pixel mattered. If you just want a puzzle game with a story about saving the world from a mutating virus on a quantum-powered 1980s computer — this is it.

::: ⚠️ EARLY ACCESS / PREVIEW (WINDOWS ONLY!)

Antigen Blaster is in active development. Expect new features, balance tweaks, and expanded story content. Feedback from the community is hugely appreciated — hit me up in the comments or on the discussion board.

PLEASE NOTE: This software is currently in ALPHA. Expect bugs! By purchasing now, you are supporting ongoing development and will receive the full version 1.0 upon release. We are planning releases for Linux and Mac.
